Getting started

Three steps, once

After that you just call.

  1. 01

    Create an account

You need a username, a password and an email address. You will get a message with a link: click it to activate the account.

  2. 02

    Top up

Choose how much credit to add and pay by card. The credit is available straight away and stays yours until you use it up.

  3. 03

    Call

Install the app on your phone, the program on your computer, or set up your own VoIP device. Then dial the number the way you always do.

Who uses it

Built for long calls

This is not a service for everyone. It works well in these situations.

  • People with family far away

Long calls to landlines and mobiles without watching the clock. This is the reason the service exists.

  • People working across borders

Suppliers, customers and colleagues abroad. The credit sits apart from your work phone and you can check it call by call.

  • People travelling

With an internet connection you call as if you were at home, without your operator’s roaming rates.

  • People who would rather not use a card

Credit can also come from a reseller you trust, who loads it onto your account for you.

Four routes

One credit, four ways to use it

Pick whichever suits you. The balance is the same in all of them.

  • From your phone

The YourDialer app for Android and iPhone. Sign in with the same username as your account and call from your contacts.

  • From your computer

A Windows program you can call from using a headset. Handy for long conversations.

  • From your own VoIP device

If you already have a SIP phone or a PBX, the settings are in your account area and you enter them once.

  • From any phone at all

Register your number and call a local access number: this works without internet and without a smartphone.

Access number for the United Kingdom+44 20 3414 6820It only works from numbers registered to your account. Write to us at info@callwebcom.com with the number you want to use and we will set it up — self-service is coming.

Your credit

How to top up

Topping up happens in your own account area. Your remaining balance is the first thing you see when you sign in.

  1. 01Sign in with your username and password.
  2. 02Your balance is at the top. Press “Add credit”.
  3. 03Choose an amount and pay — by card, or whichever methods the checkout offers you.
  4. 04The credit lands on your account and you can call straight away.

Every movement stays in your history: you can always see what you added and what you spent.

Before you start

Common questions

Do I have to sign a contract or start a subscription?

No. You load the credit you want and use it by talking. Nothing renews on its own: when the credit runs out, the calls stop until you add more.

How much does it cost to call my country?

Every destination is on the Rates page, with the price per minute. Look at whether the number is a landline or a mobile: a mobile often costs several times more than a landline, and it is the reason credit runs out faster than expected.

How are calls counted?

By the actual second. There is no rounding up to the minute: a seventy-second call costs seventy seconds.

Will the person I call see my number?

Only if you have asked us to register it. Write to info@callwebcom.com with the number: we link it to your account, and it is done once.

Do I need an internet connection?

For the app and the computer, yes. If you call a local access number from your phone instead, no.

Where do I check what I have spent?

In your account area, under “Recent calls”: every call with date, destination, duration and what it cost. Your remaining balance is at the top of the same page.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page choose password recovery: you will get an email with instructions to set a new one.
